About Dr. Rod

RodIQ is designed and taught by Dr. Oscar Rodriguez ("Dr. Rod"), an educator specialising in SAT and ACT preparation. RodIQ is operated by Rodrik Consulting LLC.

Terms of Use

• RodIQ provides original practice material, diagnostics and progress tools. Practice scores are estimates and are never official SAT or ACT results. RodIQ is not affiliated with the College Board or ACT, Inc.
• Independent access is digital access to the platform for a stated period and exam scope. Personalized Tutoring with Dr. Rod is a separate tutoring service arranged directly with Dr. Rod; it is not sold inside the app and includes complimentary platform access for the duration of the engagement.
• Digital access purchased on iOS is handled by Apple's in-app purchase system and is subject to Apple's terms. Activation codes are issued by Rodrik Consulting LLC for administrative, complimentary and tutoring-client access and are not sold.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing accounts, copying questions, or using the platform to reproduce test content is not permitted.
• Rodrik Consulting LLC may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Students keep the right to request their records.

Privacy Notice

• We collect the name, email, date of birth, preparation settings and practice results needed to run the service. We do not sell personal data and do not show advertising.
• Students under 13 may not create accounts. Students aged 13 to 17 must provide a parent or guardian email at registration; Rodrik Consulting LLC may contact that adult about the account. Parents or guardians linked by Dr. Rod see only the student's progress information that the platform shares with parents; private tutoring notes are never shown to parents or students.
• Tutoring notes, entitlements and administrative changes are logged for accountability and visible only to Dr. Rod and administrators.
• Data is stored with Supabase and served through Vercel. Requests to access, correct or delete data: oscar.rodrik@gmail.com.
